Intel recommends you to check the Windows support site to see if there is an update of the video driver that will allow Windows 8 run OpenGL version 1.1 or higher with this chipset, but I can't find one on the windows. In order to play can games we need a version of OpenGL 1.1 or higher, but Intel has no plans to create drivers for chipset Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family video because it is an older chipset.
